I really should check SASR daily, it will help with continuity.

So at this point I am on my third day in West Springfield. Third 8 hour day @ $11.

Tomorrow is another 8/1 day in Glastonbury, CT.

I sign up for a job in Riverside, CT for 8/2. $13 an hour, but more than 50 miles from Riverside and too far to camp in Northampton. This will be my first day/night "on the road" so to speak.

There is an Anytime Fitness 12.1 miles from Riverside in Wilton, CT. I can work out and shower there. I can sleep in the parking lot of a nearby mall or box store. Since I work overnights, no one will be suspicious of a car parked there during the day.

At the end of the Riverside shift it will be labor day weekend. I can't find any work within 100 miles of Riverside yet for the week starting 9/6, everything seems to start on 9/18. I will re-center my search around MA for a bit, its likely that I would visit friends and family over the labor day weekend. Plus, my hypnotherapy training starts 9/11 for 8 consecutive Sundays, so I don't want to go too far away.


Starting 9/12 there is a solid 5 day gig in Leominster, MA for 8 hours each night at $11. I sign up for that. I will stay in Lowell, I will miss my hims by then. Maybe we will be working together on this one.

I need to remember that there are other folks snatching up this work as soon as it is found as well, so I should be more pro-active signing up as far in advance as possible for the jobs, that is probably why so few jobs are available before 9/18, everyone else has signed up for the new several weeks.

There is 2 days work in Lehighton, PA for 9/6 and 9/7 for $10 per hour. 2 days work in South Burlington, VT for 9/7 and 9/8 for $11/hr. There is a 2 month position in Portland, ME for $11/hour starting 9/5, but it requires that you be able to lift 40 lbs. I don't think I'm ready for that one yet, even if it would be nice to visit. I'll tell Andrew about it in case he is looking for some temp work. I sign up for the 2 days in South Brattleboro, VT. I will need probably stay in Plymouth through 9/7 and drive up. It's too late for the details tonight, but I will look into arrangements tomorrow.
